Allotment watch July 2011

After a difficult spring from a growing point of view (very dry) the allotment is now looking very full with fruit, flowers and vegetables.

The Maize Maze is growing well and should be ready in late September when we shall again host a Community Open Evening . The pond is alive with baby frogs and lots of Sticklebacks (fish), pond snails and water beetles.
